Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Topline, including the Topline web application, connected data workflows, dashboards, assistant features, and Google Chat app.
Use of Topline
Topline is provided for business use by authorized customer organizations and their users. Users must follow their organization's policies and may only connect systems, data, and accounts they are authorized to use.
Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of their data. Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, and configuration of data sources connected to Topline. Topline processes customer data to provide the service and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy or applicable agreement.
Google Chat and Workspace Integrations
If a customer enables Google Chat or Workspace integrations, Topline may process messages, files, sheets, metadata, and account information made available to the app. Customer administrators are responsible for installing the app, authorizing access, sharing appropriate Workspace resources, and removing access when no longer needed.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use Topline to:
- Violate law or third-party rights.
- Access, upload, or process data without authorization.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of Topline or connected systems.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the service except as permitted by law.
- Transmit malware, credentials, or harmful instructions.
Third-Party Services
Topline integrates with third-party services such as Google Workspace and customer-selected business systems. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Topline is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep Topline reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. We may update features, integrations, and these Terms as the product evolves.
Disclaimers and Liability
Topline is provided as business software and is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or safety advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topline is provided without warranties not expressly stated in an applicable written agreement, and liability is limited as permitted by law.
